Agriculture in Marion County continues to be a thriving industry. In 2002, Marion County ranked top third in the State in Agricultural products sold.  Each year, the Marion County Agricultural Hall of Fame recognizes individuals who have made tremendous achievements and contributions to the furtherance of agriculture in our community.

The Marion County Extension Service is now accepting nominations from individuals or organizations for the 2008 Agricultural Hall of Fame. To nominate an inductee for possible selection please complete the Hall of Fame Nomination Form and return to the Marion County Extension Service.

All applications must be received or postmarked by Tuesday, December 18, 2007, by 5:00 p.m
