Industrial and aviation sites are available for lease on a long term basis. Minimum monthly lease rates are $800 per acre per year (subject to change without notice). Marion County will discuss the possibility of offsetting rent by the amortized value of improvements constructed on a leasehold or infrastructure improvements to the airport.
The zoning at the airport is M-1 and M-2. In addition, the airport is designated as a special commerce district.
