Thank you for choosing to submit your Septic Permit application electronically to the Marion County Health Department.

Florida state law requires that the original soil test and a signed site plan be submitted along with this application. (Scanned copies cannot be accepted.) Please note: all permit fees must be paid in full in order for your application to be complete.

Please call (352) 438-2417/2418 for more information about the application process, or visit us in the Building Department Permitting Center, 2710 E. Silver Springs Blvd. The Health Department customer service desk is staffed Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm and on Fridays from 9am-5pm.
