During the
final design process, there will be opportunities for
you to review the construction plans at various stages
of completion. Public meetings are tentatively scheduled
for August 2006 and June 2007. Written notifications
will be sent to property owners along the roadway and a
notice will be posted on this web site once this public
meeting is scheduled.
In addition to the public meetings, stakeholder meetings
with local government representatives will be held to
discuss how project specific items will be paid for and
maintained. These meetings will be "agenda driven" and
are intended to allow discussion of technical design
issues amongst technical staff and project stakeholder
