Marion County Administrator
Dr. Lee A. Niblock
When I became county administrator, I asked to be evaluated annually. I felt
this was important because feedback from the County Commission is crucial in
how I carry out my duties as county administrator. My most recent evaluation
covers the period from February 2011-February 2012. The final evaluation
package became available on April 27, 2012, and is below for public review.
As a professional administrator, I recognize there is always room for
improvement, and county staff and I are continually working to enhance our
operations to see us through these difficult financial times while meeting
the expectations of our elected leaders and citizens. I'm appreciative of
the solid composite evaluation that I've received and the efforts that
commissioners extended to help me improve the administration of Marion
County. I look forward to working with the commission as we continue to
improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Marion County government.
