Housing Programs

Community Services administers the State SHIP and Federal HOME programs.  Funds are available in combination of zero-interest, deferred payment loans & grants to assist with purchasing a home, repairing an owner-occupied home, installing handi-accessible ramps, and emergency repairs to mobile homes.  Opportunities are available to income eligible residents.
