This program is designed to provide emergency disaster
assistance to very low, low, and moderate income homeowners to
address emergency housing needs. The maximum grant is $3,000.

| ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
|
- Condition must be due to a declared disaster or state of
emergency
- Home must be owner-occupied
- Household must be certified as very-low, low, or moderate
income and not have financial resources available for the
repairs
- Mobile homes are not eligible

| ELIGIBILITY EXPENSES
|
- Tree and debris removal to make the housing unit habitable
- Interim repairs to avoid further damage to home
- Supplies to weatherproof damaged home
- Building permits
- Post disaster repairs not covered by insurance
- Expenses to prevent or alleviate flooding of home such as
sand bags, sand, pump rental, fans, etc.
- Temporary relocation expenses not to exceed 30 days
