Agricultural Complex Construction Map

Beginning in November 2008, construction will start on a new auditorium. The current auditorium was constructed in 1964 when Marion County's population was approximately 50,000. The current Marion County population is 315,000 and the University of Florida Bureau of Economics and Business projects the population to exceed 500,000 by 2030.

The new auditorium will be constructed in 2008 to accommodate current and anticipated growth. The new building will offer meeting space, a catering kitchen and will display the Marion County Agricultural Hall of Fame.

During construction, customer parking for the Extension Service will be in front of the Southestern Livestock Pavilion.
