The Pavilion has numerous rental facilities available for public and
private uses. Please see
rules.
COVERED ARENA
The
show ring is 120' by 300'; the floor to the peak of the ceiling is 37'; Rental
includes secretary's and announcer's office, initial daily grooming, and
announcing system.
Rental cost:
- $500.00 per day (Includes secretary's and announcer's offices, trash
removal, initial daily grooming, and announcing system.)
- Arena lights: $45.00 first hour/$35.00 ea. additional hour.

COVERED GRANDSTAND
Seating
capacity is 4,212; Includes trash removal per show/event day;
Rental cost:
- $750.00 per day for Eastside Grandstand
- $750.00 per day for Westside Grandstand

STALL RENTAL
Rental
cost:
- For 1-day event: $18.00 per stall. Cost covers: day before event after
11am to day after event before 11am.
- For Weekend event: $28.00 per stall. Cost covers: Friday after 11am to
Monday before 11am
- For 3+ day event: $13.00 per stall. Cost covers: day before event after
11am to day after event before 11am
- Grounds Fee for stock not using stalls: $5.00 per head. Cost covers: day
before event after 11am to day after event before 11am
- Stall Shavings: $Actual Cost + 75%. Renter shall be responsible for
selling shavings provided by Marion County to their exhibitors. Exhibitors
may bring their own stall shavings. However, no stall shavings may be
provided and/or sold on site except through Marion County. All stalls with
animals in them must have shavings. Stalls that are used without shavings
will pay double the standard stall fees.

NON-COVERED ARENA
The
north back fenced arena area is 150' x 250'.
Rental cost:
- $150.00 per day
- Arena lights: $45.00 first hour/$35.00 ea. additional hour.

AUDITORIUM
The
air-conditioned auditorium features a sales ring measuring 46.5' x 49.75' with a
12.75' ceiling, with theater-style seating for 800 and an elevated
judges/announcer's stand.
Rental cost:
- For Agricultural Sale: $1,200.00 per day. Includes use of Arena for
showing, cashier/auctioneers office, initial grooming, portable announcing
system.
- For Agricultural Sale: $1,200.00 per day. Includes use of Arena for

system.For Non-Agricultural Commercial Event: $600.00 per day. Includes
cashier/auctioneers office, portable announcing system.

FIELD EVENTS AREA
South
field open area measures 200' x 150' and includes picnic pavilion with
shower/restroom facilities.
Rental cost: $250.00 per day
RECEPTION HALL
Multipurpose
facility complete with full kitchen and is 39' x 81.5 with a 10.5' ceiling -
3178 square feet total. Total capacity is 299 with 50 tables
Rental cost:
- Reception Hall For Weekend $150.00 per day. Includes use of up to 5
tables and 40 chairs.
- Reception Hall For Weekday $105.00 per day. Includes use of up to 5
tables and 40 chairs.
- Additional Table Rental $5.00 ea. per day
