We developed this website to share standard operating procedures (SOP's), forms, and spreadsheets that were developed by the Marion County Transportation Department for response and recovery efforts for Hurricanes Frances and Jeanne in the fall of 2004. Our experience is the subject of the cover story article appearing in the May 2005 edition of Public Works Magazine.
