Welcome to the website for the
S.E./S.W. 31st Street Phase II Roadway Project

S.E/S.W 31st Street Phase II begins east of CR 475A (S.W. 27th Avenue) and ends at US 441.

The section of this project from CR 475A to S.W. 7th Avenue will widen the existing two lanes to a four lane divided section with median, curb, and gutter. The travel lanes will be 12 feet wide with a four feet wide bike lane in each direction. There will also be a five feet wide sidewalk on both sides of the roadway. Stormwater will be routed to a stormwater ponding system. This roadway will start by connecting to the existing widened section beside Trinity Catholic High School.

The section of this project from S.W. 7th Avenue to US 441 will be a new four lane divided section with median, curb, and gutter. It will also have 12 feet travel lanes with four feet wide bike lanes and a five feet wide sidewalk on each side. This section will tie into and match the pavement at the intersection of US 441 where a prior S.E. 31st Street Project ended.
