Office Responsibilities:

Develop, evaluate and revise budgetary needs throughout the fiscal year.

Develop strategic and business plans for each county department that will be monitored using performance and benchmark data.

Monitor expenditures for compliance with budgetary controls.

Ensure proper implementation of financial policies and regulations.

Develop procedures for implementing changes in organization and administrative systems.
