Goals and Objectives are to:

Develop, evaluate, and revise budgetary needs through out the fiscal year.

Develop strategic and business plans for each of the MCBCC departments that will be monitored using performance and benchmark data.

Monitor expenditures for adherence to budgetary controls and proper implementation of financial policies, rules, and regulations.

Develop procedures for implementing changes in organization and administrative systems.
