The Risk and Benefit Services - Safety division provides leadership through
quality management, technical guidance, and consultation. We will promote,
implement and drive continuous improvement in safety through the development
of procedures, training programs, processes and services ensuring a safe
environment for employees and the community.

The primary objective of the Marion County Safety and Loss Control programs
is to protect the County against losses which would significantly affect our
personnel, operation, property, budget, and ability to fulfill our
responsibilities to the public.
