The Reddick Public Library opened in the fall of 1988 in borrowed space in a local church fellowship hall. Operations originally funded by the Town of Reddick were gradually assumed in the library system's budget. Today the library is housed in the old Reddick Elementary School media center which is leased from the Marion County School Board.
