Facilities Management provides the professional expertise to turn an operational need into a finished facility. County departments and agencies provide requirements and funding details for their projects. Facilities in turn selects the specific professional consultants, manages the design process, oversees the construction document preparation, acts as liaisons between client and contractor and delivers the project within the client’s budget and schedule. Staff provides continual coordination and problem solving to achieve these results.
