Evaluation and Appraisal Report Based
Comprehensive plan Amendments
Update 2010

On August 4, 2010, the Board of County Commissioners approved the transmittal of the Evaluation and Appraisal Report Based Comprehensive Plan Amendments to the Department of Community Affairs (DCA). Marion County has received notice from the DCA that the submission package appears to be complete, and they will proceed with their review. An Objections, Recommendations and Comments Report will be issued by the DCA on or about October 15, 2010.

An adoption public hearing with the Board of County Commissioners will be scheduled for late October 2010.
