Solid Waste Recycling Centers

The following are the only materials
accepted at our Recycling centers



The following are the only materials our recycling centers receive:

Garbage and Rubbish (Two 90 gallon per day per resident)
 
Newspapers Newspapers
Aluminum cans and tin cans & clean foil Aluminum cans and tin cans & clean foil

 

Cardboard box Corrugated cardboard - flatten boxes - no wax coated, cereal boxes, etc.. no food or other contaminated material.
Glass or Plastic bottles Glass or plastic bottles - glass separated by color: Clear, Green, and Brown. Plastic bottles - all #1 - #7. remove lids, rinse out and step on. NO oil containers
Batteries Household and Car batteries are accepted
Used Motor Oil and Oil Filters Used Motor Oil and Oil Filters
(5 gallons or less per day per resident)
Refrigerators White Goods - Refrigerators, washing machines, etc.
Junk Mail Junk Mail & Magazines. All magazines and catalogs. No - phonebooks, No - hard back books
Yard Waste Yard Waste - Limit two Cubic yards per day per Household; 4 inch diameter and 4 foot long.
Latex Paint Latex Paint (5 gallons or less per day per resident)

Textiles - Clothes and shoes
