Dear Prospective Adopt-A-Road Organization: Thank you for your organization's interest in the Adopt-A-Road program. This is a two (2) year agreement in which your organization is responsible for cleaning a two (2) mile, selected section of County roadway, four (4) times per year. The Solid Waste Department is happy to supply your organization with vests, signs gloves, and garbage bags for your cleanup. Adopt-A-Road signs with your Organizations' name are placed at the beginning and end of your section of roadway. It takes approximately two (2) to four (4) weeks to get the Adopt-A-Road signs up, if you do not see them up by that time, please give us a call and we will check on the status. Please take a moment to look over the Adopt-A-Road Litter Removal Contract Agreement below. Interested organizations should print, fill out and return notarized forms to the Solid Waste Department.
