| The Office of the County Engineer employs a Right-of-Way Agent who
is called in after preliminary roadway design is done to acquire
property and/or easements that are necessary to complete a roadway
project. Generally speaking, the purpose of an acquisition could be for
safety, drainage, or roadway expansion/realignment. |
