The County is divided into three districts, each maintained by a satellite facility; the North District encompasses all of the County north of SR 40 and CR328 to the west; the Southeast District's boundaries are SR 40 to the north and US 301 to the west; and finally the Southwest District's boundaries are SR 40 & CR 328 to the north and US 301 to the east. The North and Southwest satellite facilities work four 10-hour days, Monday thru Thursday and the Southeast satellite facility works four 10-hour days, Tuesday thru Friday of each week, enabling us with countywide coverage during normal working hours five days a week. Each satellite facility located within each district is responsible for grading, patching pot holes, mowing, tree removal and vegetative trimming, emergency response during normal working hours and other types of maintenance on a daily basis. Below is a general map of how the County is divided the county into maintenance districts identified by with their respective satellite facility.
