Administration Division
The Administration Division is responsible for providing
customer service for the utility. Some of the duties include
setting up new accounts, issuing work orders, maintaining
existing accounts, and assisting customers. This division also
provides line locates for developers and construction firms, and
generates the works orders necessary for new meter installation.
All of the utilities financial duties, from accounts payable and
receivables, to bonds and loans, are managed by the
administrative personnel.

Construction Division
The Construction Division is responsible for reviewing
development plans for compliance with the Land Development Code.
They also are in charge of all new utility construction, from
planning and reviewing to final sign off of the project. They
work very closely with local and national firms to ensure cost
effective design and construction of Marion County's
infrastructure.
