Important inspection information:

All building inspections will be scheduled in the order requests are received. When an inspection date is full, new inspection requests will be scheduled for the next available inspection date. Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.,  Fridays 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Driveway and Utility Inspection requests must be received by 3:30 p.m. prior to the requested date to be eligible for next business day inspection scheduling. All requests received after 3:30 p.m. will be scheduled at least two days from receipt.

Holiday Schedule - Due to the Holidays you may experience a delay of  2 to 3 days when scheduling an inspections.  We are making every effort to make this for a limited time.
