1. VDRI, DRI or FQD-related applications requiring a comprehensive plan amendment must include the applicable comprehensive plan amendment application and associated proof of payment in addition to the required VDRI/DRI/FQD application(s) and associated fee(s). These applications may be processed concurrently consistent with Florida Statutes.
2. Application fees paid toward initial NOPC/BLIM determinations will be credited toward the fee required for a substantial deviation NOPC and BLIM determinations requiring a DRI review; ADA/ADD/BLIVR application fees.
