MARION COUNTY SR40 AREA MASTER PLAN
COMMUNITY SURVEY

Your concerns and ideas are important in the development of a Master Plan for the SR40 area that reflects community values and expectations. Please fill out the following survey to help us identify and understand your issues and needs.

1.  Within the SR40 Study Area, which is the general area between Ocala and SW 110th Avenue and between NW 21st Street and the On Top of the World subdivision, are you a  (please check all that apply):

    a. Managing growth and development is a serious problem facing Marion County, which is increasingly
        likely to harm the environment, increase costs and reduce quality of life.

    b. Future development should have more emphasis on walking, bicycling and encouraging use of transit
        services, and less dependence on the automobile for access.

    c. The SR40 corridor needs more shopping opportunities for the people who live here.

    e. Marion County should regulate properties along roadways for such issues as tree planting and
