Horseshoe Lake Rental Information

ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A PERSON OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE AND
POSSESSION OF A VALID DRIVER LISENCE

Overnight Rentals: Reservations are taken no more than one year in advance. Two night minimum, six month maximum. Damage deposit: $50 or ten (10) percent of the full rental, whichever is greater. Check in is 3:00 p.m. Friday. Check out is 3:00 p.m. Sunday for weekend rentals and 11:00 a.m. Thursday for week long rentals. Cancellation: written cancellation before 14 days of the expected arrival date in writing to receive full refund. Any cancellation made within 14 days will forfeit any and all refunds. Linens, towels and toiletries are not included.
  • Cabins / weekend: $200 plus applicable sales tax.
  • Cabins / week: $300 plus applicable sales tax.
  • Cabins / month: $995 plus applicable sales tax.
  • Cabins / 3 month: $2,500 plus applicable sales tax.
  • Cabins / 6 month: $4,500 plus applicable sales tax.
  • Retreat Facilities / week: $1,600 plus applicable sales tax.
    Includes up to 24 guests with each additional guest subject to the Day Use fee.

  • Mess Hall: $250 plus applicable sales tax. Includes up to 30
    guests with each additional guest subject to the Day Use fee.
  • Conference Building: $100 plus applicable sales tax. Includes 30
    guests, each guest above 30 is subject to the Day Use fee.
  • Day use: $3 per vehicle including applicable sales tax.
  • Additional services: cost of labor and materials + 10%.
  • Pavilion: $35 per day plus applicable sales tax. Excludes national
    holidays. Cancellation: before 5:00 p.m. the prior business day to
    receive full refund.
  • Canoes: $10 includes full day rental and applicable sales tax. $5
    includes four hour rental and applicable sales tax. Safety equipment is
    included in the cost of the rental.
