NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners of Marion County will hold a public hearing for the purpose of considering the adoption of an Ordinance which is entitled as follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO A VOLUNTARY DOCK NUMBERING PROGRAM FOR NEW AND EXISTING DOCKS ALONG THE RAINBOW RIVER, MAKING FINDINGS, PROVIDING FOR AUTHORITY, AUTHORIZING FOR A VOLUNTARY DOCK NUMBERING PROGRAM FOR NEW AND EXISTING DOCKS ALONG THE RAINBOW RIVER, PROVIDING A REPEALING CLAUSE, PROVIDING A SEVERABILTY CLAUSE, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The Marion County Board of County Commissioners propose to consider the adoption of an Ordinance related to a Voluntary Dock Numbering Program for New and Existing Docks Along the Rainbow River.
The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2020 at 10:00 AM, or immediately following any previously scheduled hearing, at the McPherson Campus Commission Auditorium, 601 SE 25th Avenue, Ocala, Florida 34471.
The proposed Ordinance may be inspected by the public at Marion County Parks & Recreation, 111 SE 25th Avenue, Ocala, Florida 34471. Telephone (352) 671-8560.
This public hearing may be conducted utilizing communications media technology (CMT); specifically, one or more members may attend and participate by speakerphone. Interested persons may attend at the previously described location, which is the CMT access point or by calling into (352) 671-8808.
