Today, food-borne illness is a greater challenge to both home and commercial food handlers as our culture continues to change what, how and when we eat.
We help consumers to better understand the importance of proper food handling to reduce the risk of getting sick from food-borne illness. If you are interested in becoming certified in the two areas below, please contact our extension office.

UF/IFAS Marion County Extension explores ways to discuss personal values and beliefs that can be combined with best management practices for preparing your future for financial and aging success.
