The Office of Fiscal Review develops, evaluates and revises budgetary needs for Marion County government.

Office activities include:
- Developing strategic and business plans for each county department using performance and benchmark data.
- Ensuring proper implementation of financial policies and regulations.
- Monitoring expenditures for compliance with budgetary controls.
- Developing procedures to implement changes in organizational and administrative systems.

Grant funding available for substance abuse education, prevention and treatment service providers.
