Application for health benefits
The primary factor in determining a veteran’s eligibility to receive Veterans' Affairs health care benefits is “veteran’s status.” Submit this application to determine eligibility.

Certificate of eligibility (VA home loan guaranties)
The VA loan guaranty program helps veterans and active duty personnel finance the purchase of a home with competitive loan terms and interest rates. The VA guaranty means the lender is protected against loss if the veteran fails to repay. Submit this application to determine eligibility.
